Billing and cancellation

Monthly: Cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. Partially used months are not prorated.
Quarterly: Unused complete months may be refundable at the discounted quarterly allocation, subject to services and sessions already used.
Late cancellation: A $25 fee applies to live sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice.
