Assessment, not an instant result

A score can screen. Understanding takes more context.

Online screening tools can help identify possible concerns. Anvida’s assessment includes review by a licensed clinician who considers your history, experiences, and the way life unfolds over time.

A useful starting signal

A questionnaire may identify symptoms or suggest that additional support could help.

  • Usually completed in one sitting
  • Often produces an automated score
  • Cannot tell your full story by itself

What you receive

Something useful to keep, whether or not you continue care.

The purpose of the assessment is to give you a clearer understanding and a practical way forward. Continuing with Anvida remains your choice.

Written assessment

A clinician-produced summary of the concerns, patterns, and context supported by the information you shared.

Personal plan

Recommendations shaped around what your clinician learned, including appropriate next steps and areas of focus.

Voice walkthrough

A clear explanation of the findings and recommendations so the report feels understandable rather than clinical and distant.

Your choice afterward

Keep your report and stop there, or choose optional ongoing clinician-guided care after the assessment is complete.

Assessment questions

Before you begin.

These answers cover the practical details people most often want to understand before choosing an assessment.

How long does the mental health assessment take?

The Reflection Assessment takes place across seven distinct reflection days, which do not need to be consecutive. The Video Assessment begins with one live 50-minute intake. Your clinician may need additional information before completing a report.

Do the seven reflection days need to be consecutive?

No. Entries must cover seven different local calendar days. More than one entry on the same date still counts as one reflection day.

Do I have to type my reflections?

No. You can write or use speech-to-text, depending on which format feels more natural to you.

Will I receive a diagnosis?

Your clinician determines what conclusions are supported by the information available. Seven reflection days alone do not guarantee enough information for a diagnosis, and your clinician may request additional information or screening.

Will I receive exercises during the assessment?

No. The assessment stage focuses on understanding your experiences. Techniques and exercises may follow after the assessment when your clinician recommends them. Necessary safety support and clinical follow-up do not wait.

Do I have to purchase ongoing care?

No. Your written assessment, plan, and recommendations are yours. Ongoing care is a separate, optional purchase after the assessment.

If you need urgent help

Anvida is not an emergency service and is not monitored around the clock. If you are in immediate danger, call 911, go to the nearest emergency department, or call or text 988 in the United States.

Choose the way you would rather be understood.

Reflect across seven distinct days or begin with a live conversation. Both paths lead to review and recommendations from a licensed clinician.
